I accidentally discovered this method whilst messing around about 2 years ago and have made numerous such USB sticks with much success.
Please comment your thoughts and any improvements to the tutorial you might have. I recently wrote this as a comment to a post and thought it might be useful to more people that want to run DOS on real hardware.
